Refunds are only offered to customers that receive incorrect items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at contact@birgucandles.mt with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

What’s your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for ordering an incorrect or unwanted product, so please, please check your order carefully before purchase.

Slight variations in design and measurements may vary as is the nature of custom, handmade products.
